As the new president of Rapp Collins Worldwide's Minneapolis office, Patrick Furey is ready to help coordinate the integrated marketing strategy espoused by Omnicom Group's direct marketing agency. Integrated marketing "is the war cry in our business right now," Mr. Furey says. "We hear about convergence all the time." He plans to make use of a wide range of marketing tools to help clients leverage their customer relationships. "One-to-one makes the [marketing] experience unique to each individual," Mr. Furey says.
