Virgin Cola goes to Ground Zero

Virgin Cola, London, named Ground Zero, Santa Monica, Calif., to handle its fledgling U.S. ad account. A successful soft drink in the U.K., Virgin entered the U.S. this summer with a test market in Philadelphia. It plans a slow rollout. Initial test-market ads came from Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe, London.
