Virgin taps San Diego shop

Richard Branson's Virgin Entertainment, Los Angeles, awarded its anticipated $12 million to $15 million account to Bulldog Drummond, San Diego. Other participants in the review included Ground Zero, Marina del Rey, Calif., and Leagas Delaney, San Francisco. Bulldog Drummond will handle advertising for Virgin Megastores as well as other Virgin properties such as its Web site. The megastores previously used San Francisco agency Swirl.
