Volvo awards German account

Volvo Deutschland, Cologne, moved its estimated $30 million German account to FCB/Wil-kens, Hamburg. Grey Advertising-owned Gramm, Duesseldorf, resigned the assignment after it won BMW's Rover account last summer. Also pitching for Volvo were Rempen & Partner (part of the Campus network), Duesseldorf; Start Advertising, Munich; and Grabarz & Partner, Hamburg.
