Volvo sends dealer account to Messner

Volvo Cars of North America, as expected, has consolidated its $30 million to $40 million dealer account at national agency Messner Vetere Berger McNamee Schmetterer/Euro RSCG's newly created spinoff--Fuel North America. Volvo North America Director of Marketing Bob Austin dismissed industry speculation about Messner Vetere being in trouble on the car account. "The relationship between Messner and Volvo is an excellent one," said Mr. Austin, adding that Volvo is not planning an account review.
