VW offers used car searches through redesigned site

Volkswagen of North America has redesigned its site (http://www.vw.com) to integrate more of its "Drivers wanted" ad theme. RealAudio technology allows slides from VW's Speed Racer spot to run with a 30-second audio track.

VW is offering each of its over 700 dealers their own home page, with an upgrade option for each to list up to 300 used VWs. Browsers can do customized used car searches.

A new "Driving" section asks for users to input their favorite driving roads in North America. While the new VW Club gives owners previews of new models, discounts on parts and service and T-shirts.
