W Hotels, a chain of business hotels owned by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, launches an online-only advertising campaign in early August using superstitials to attract tech-savvy travelers to its newly opened W Suites in Newark, Calif. It's the first time any hotel company launches a hotel through online-only ads. Designed and coordinated by Grey Direct e.Media, New York, and GWhiz!Entertainment and produced by Unicast, the W Suites superstitial showcases the sophistication of the signature W style. Clicking on the superstitital will lead customers to an online brochure about the new hotel.
