WB trims review to Grey, DDB Needham

WB Network narrowed its $20 million review to Grey Entertainment, New York and Burbank, Calif., and DDB Needham Worldwide, Los Angeles. Creative is currently in-house, while International Communications Group, Los Angeles, did buying. Grey already handles WB co-owner Warner Bros.
