US Web buys three agencies

Interactive agency and technology company US Web Corp. has signed an intent to purchase three Internet agencies: Ensemble Corp. in Dallas, Inter.Logic Studios in Atlanta and Quest Interactive in Memphis, Tenn. Ensemble's clients include CompUSA, Compaq Computer Corp., NationsBank and Northern Telecom; Inter.Logic Studios' clients include MCI Telecommunications, Blimpie International, and Georgia Department of Tourism; and Quest's client roster includes Federal Express Corp., Harrah's Entertainment and International Paper.
