New Web rep group

Ziff-Davis Publishing Co., Interactive Marketing Inc. and Network 1.0 formed a new company called Softbank Interactive Marketing, which will rep Web sites. Softbank Corp. subsidiary Softbank Holdings will be the majority shareholder. Andrew Batkin, chairman-CEO of IMI, becomes CEO-president of the new company and Ted West, president of Network 1.0, becomes president-chief operating officer. The company launches with representation of 10 sites, including AT&T's Business Network and sites represented by Ziff-Davis and IMI.
