Capitalizing on interest in the California cult suicides, Ziff-Davis' Yahoo! Internet Life downloaded the cult's "Heaven's Gate" site and made it available at the magazine site. The magazine March 28 said it was getting nearly 60,000 site hits an hour, a record for Ziff-Davis' popular sites.
