Web sites not too secure

O'Reilly & Associates, Sebastopol, Calif., and Netcraft reported at InternetWorld Thursday that less than 1% of public sites on the World Wide Web arefully capable of hosting secure transactions. According to research fromboth companies of 648,613 public Web sites, the companies found only 3,239certified by a third party for secure transactions.
