WebCrawler gets into mapping

WebCrawler, San Francisco, and GeoSystems Global Corp.'s MapQuest Publishing Group will partner to offer a product called WebCrawler Maps, a search product that facilitates searches for city information on 22,000 different U.S. cities on the Web. Excite, Mountain View, Calif., will acquire WebCrawler from America Online in early 1997.
