Weber Shandwick to buy Bragman Nyman

Weber Shandwick Worldwide, Interpublic Group of Cos.' PR division, agreed to acquire Bragman Nyman Cafarelli Public Relations & Marketing LLC, an 85-person agency based in New York and Beverly Hills, Calif. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. BNC, which has several entertainment clients on its roster, will operate under its own name within Weber Shandwick.
