WebRep and Eisenberg Communications Group are merging and, led by Ryan Steelberg, co-founder of IMGIS, will be called 2Can Media. The merger will combine Eisenberg's expertise in online sales, WebRep's site-focused ad representation and IMGIS' ad management technology, AdForce. 2Can Media will focus on media sales, with an emphasis on the Web sites; the new company's goal is to become the interactive gateway for brand name Internet marketers. Clients include Frommers/Macmilian Publishing, CitySearch, Motor Trend, National Geographic Society and Kiplinger Online.
