Weider Publications will launch fitnessonline
on Jan. 26, targeting small businesses as advertisers. In just seven months, fitnessonline has lined up more than 100 advertisers with commitments totaling more than $1 million. Besides advertising revenue, the fitnesslonline business model includes transaction fees from a health and fitness cybermall and service fees form a business to business Virtual Fitness Expo.
