WENDY'S LATEST IN AOL TIME WARNER MEDIA PACT

Fast-Feeder Inks Deal That Includes TV, Print, Online

NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- Wendy's International is the latest major marketer to sign a cross-platform media deal with AOL Time Warner.

The multiyear deal, which was facilitated by Wendy's longtime agency, Cordiant Communications Group's Bates Worldwide, New York, includes on-air placements and integrated promotions across the media giant's various properties.

Wendy's products will be promoted via TBS Superstation programs Dinner A Movie and Guys Who Like Movies. Plans also call for cross-promotion with The Rosie O'Donnell Show through Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution customized billboards created for the WB network; and additional promotion on Turner Broadcasting's TNT.

Magazines such as Time Inc.'s Sports Illustrated are also included in the mix.

Wendy's will be integrated into online promotions across America Online brands including AOL, AOL Moviefone and AIM, as well as other online properties such as people.com.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
