Wenner Media, Fallon part

Published on .

Wenner Media, New York, and longtime agency Fallon McElligott, Minneapolis, have parted ways due to "creative differences,'' the publisher said. Fallon has been recognized over the years for the outstanding work it has produced for Wenner's three magazines. Fallon's "Perception/Reality'' campaign for Rolling Stone, begun in 1985, has received industrywide accolades. "Rolling Stone helped put Fallon McElligott on the map, and we'll always be grateful,'' said Fallon Chairman Pat Fallon. The agency was working on campaigns for Rolling Stone, Men's Journal and Us when the decision to end the 14-year relationship was finalized.
