SAN FRANCISCO (AdAge.com) -- Bill Westbrook, president-executive creative director of Fallon Worldwide from 1993 to 1999, is returning as vice chairman.

'Operations role'
The agency said Mr. Westbrook will not replace ousted executive creative director Paul Silburn, but will “have an operations role and take the reins of the Minneapolis headquarters for Fallon.”
