Westwood One, SportsLine USA ink deal

Westwood One and SportsLine USA signed a three-year, $9 million deal leveraging SportsLine's existing sports content and resources for a combination of pregame, halftime and post-game updates as well as scoreboard reports for all Westwood One/CBS Radio Sports' coverage of live sporting events. All content, including post-sports interviews, that SportsLine produces for the Westwood One/CBS Radio Sports network will be posted on the CBS SportsLine Web site and distributed to Westwood One/CBS Radio Sports stations. In exchange, SportsLine will receive a variety of on-air promotional mentions for CBS SportsLine programming, products and services on Westwood One/CBS Radio Sports broadcasts; SportsLine's sports talk radio show, "The Drive," will be syndicated during weekday middays by Westwood One, and other sports programming will be aired by Westwood One. CBS owns 20% of SportsLine in a stock-for-promotion deal; CBS also owns 82% of Infinity Broadcasting, which manages Westwood One.
