Wet Seal starts catalog

Wet Seal, the Irvine, Calif., retailer of junior apparel with 365 stores in 34 states and Puerto Rico, is entering the catalog business with its first mailing in the spring of 1998. The catalog will include private label brands such as Blue Asphalt and Evolution.
