Whirlpool Corp., Benton Harbor, Mich., said it is finalizing the media buy for this fall's national TV launch a new line of its Acubake cooking ranges and for its new Power Scour dishwashers. The campaign will keep the year-old "A job well done," tag, from Campbell-Ewald
, Warren, Mich., plus The Temptations' "The Way You Do The Things You Do" for music. The campaign will run through December. Last year, Whirlpool spent $9 million on its fourth-quarter campaign, nearly half the $20 million it spent in calendar 1997, according to Compeititve Media Reporting.
