Wienerschnitzel plans $5 million campaign

Hot dog chain Wienerschnitzel on Oct. 14 kicks off a new $5 million TV, print and radio ad campaign via DGWB, Irvine, Calif. The campaign, to break in Los Angeles, Nevada and Texas markets, was unveiled Oct. 5 at its national operator seminar in Maui, Hawaii. Ads feature ``The Delicious One,'' the anthropomorphic spokesdog, a silicon stop-animation character featured in real-life settings running for its life.
