Wink gets first national advertisers

Wink Communications, Alameda, Calif., said AT&T Corp., Levi Strauss & Co. (for its Dockers brand) and General Electric Co. will air Wink-enhanced E-Commercials, which let viewers request coupons or free product samples, order products and vote on ads. To receive the interactive spots, users need a Wink-ready set-top box that are available from cable operators.
