Wireless cable systems sold

American Telecasting, Colorado Springs, Colo., will acquire 58% interest in Superchannels of Las Vegas, which runs a wireless cable TV system there. The company also agreed to acquire assets of Rapid Choice TV, principally a wireless cable system serving the Rapid City, S.D., market. Purchase price is $9 million for Las Vegas and $6 million for Rapid City.
