Wolf Group to acquire National Yellow Pages Marketing

Wolf Group, Toronto, reached agreement to acquire National Yellow Pages Marketing Programs, Atlanta. Terms were not disclosed. Yellow Pages will be merged with Wolf Directory Marketing, Cleveland, into a new division called National Yellow Pages Marketing with 35 employees in four offices. Headquarters will be in Atlanta. Yellow Pages Founder Jeff Faircloth will become CEO of the unit and Betty Brown, president of Wolf Directory Marketing, will become chief operating officer.
