(April 6, 2001) -- Women.com Networks Inc. has received a Nasdaq Staff Determination letter notifying the company it has not met the minimum bid price requirement of $1 for continued listing. The company would have been delisted eefective today, but it has requested a hearing before a NASDAQ listing panel, and its securities will continue to be listed until the panel reaches a decision. In February, Women.com and iVillage Inc. announced an agreement for iVillage to acquire all outstanding shares of Women.com. -- Bonnie Tsui
