Woolward shop cuts back

San Francisco tech agency Woolward & Partners, which peaked at $60 million in billings in the early 1990s, is scaling back operations to a small creative team in the U.S., said founder Iain Woolward. Mr. Woolward will split his time between the U.S. and Kenmare, Ireland, where he hopes to handle creative work for select clients.
