WorldSpy picks McCann for $12 mil account

Online shopping service WorldSpy today names McCann-Erickson Worldwide, New York, its agency of record for a $12 million consumer campaign launching this year.

McCann-Erickson, which won the account after a two-month review, will handle creative and media responsibilities. There was no incumbent. WorldSpy has launched a shopping site that allows consumers to compare products, read reviews from sources such as Consumers Digest and purchase merchandise at discounted prices.
