WORLDWIDE XCEED DELISTED FROM NASDAQ

(May 1, 2001) -- Worldwide Xceed Group, which announced late Monday it has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, was delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market today. The market had asked for more information from Xceed, which last was trading at 55 cents. The company said it would not appeal to be relisted on the exchange. -- Adrienne Mand
