Wrestling scores big on cable

USA Network's World Wrestling Federation programming last Monday drew the largest audience in the history of ad-supported basic cable TV. The 9 p.m.-11 p.m. (ET/PT) block of "WWF Raw'' and "WWF War Zone'' received an 8.1 Nielsen rating in USA's universe, meaning it was seen in 6.1 million homes. The programming was up against broadcast sweeps competition and NBA playoffs on cable.
