Wunderman Cato Johnson, New York, acquired Bowes Dentsu & Partners, Los Angeles, from DY&R, a joint venture between Young & Rubicam and Dentsu. The office will be named Wunderman Cato Johnson. It is a full-service direct marketing agency. Clients include Nintendo, Mattel and the New Zealand Trade Board.
