Xerox launches $5 million redo of site

Xerox has launched a $5 million redesign of its corporate Web site in an effort to expand its electronic commerce and customer service efforts. The site, which now offers more than 150 products for sale, was designed by Studio Archetype, a Sapient company, with strategic oversight by Ernst & Young and personalization software from Broadvision.
