Y&R gets 7UP media account

Cadbury Beverages North America, Dallas, has assigned media buying for Seven-Up to Young & Rubicam, New York, for 1995 and 1996. Y&R replaces Leo Burnett Co., Chicago, which resigned the account after picking up Coca-Cola Co.'s Fruitopia last week. The creative portion of the account is under review, with Y&R; Foote, Cone & Belding; and Messner Vetere Berger McNamee Schmetterer/Euro RSCG pitching.
