In his new post, which he takes up at the end of the year, Mr. Havlicek will focus exclusively on Y&R Advertising, allowing Y&R CEO Martin Beck to supervise Y&R Prague's three other divisions, which include the Medisan public relations agency, Wunderman Cato Johnson and Media Edge.
Media Edge, which was formerly known as Mediapolis, is currently pooling its media buying with Leo Burnett Prague underthe name Target Media.
Stepping into Mr. Havlicek's former position will be David Lhota, who is currently director of Equmedia, the media buying arm of Leo Burnett Prague. No successor has been fixed for his position.
