Y&R to merge London office

Young & Rubicam is acquiring privately held Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe, which will take over management of Y&R's London agency and have combined billings of $320 million, putting it among the top 10 in the U.K. The new agency name will be Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R. Toby Hoare, chief executive of Y&R London, will move to "a prominent new role'' within the Y&R Advertising network, Y&R said.
