(June 4, 2001) -- Yahoo! and Consumers Union, publisher of Consumer Reports magazine and ConsumerReports.org, announced a content distribution deal providing Consumer Reports product ratings and buying guides on the Yahoo! Network.

Under the deal, Yahoo! has integrated free buying guides and pay-per-view product ratings from Consumer Reports into Yahoo! Shopping, as well as auto-buying guides into Yahoo! Autos. Other content will be featured on the site as well. Yahoo! will receive an undisclosed share of revenue from sales of pay-per-view content on its site. The reports are $2.95. -- Adrienne Mand
