Yellow Pages powerhouse TMP ponders IPO

TMP Worldwide, New York, among the largest Yellow Pages agencies in the U.S., is considering an initial public offering. TMP, which has $800 million in billings, also runs a major international recruitment service and acquired Australian recruitment shop Neville Jeffress for $25 million earlier this year. CEO David Hosokawa declined to confirm or deny the reports, saying only "we will consider all opportunities for financing."
