(Aug. 16, 2001) -- Advertising agencies Warren Kremer Paino, New York, and Winning Strategies, a New Jersey-based advertising and public relations firm, have merged, effective immediately.

Combined billings of the new entity will exceed $100 million;clients include hotel companies like the Ritz-Carlton and Hershey Resorts & Spa, as well as Robert Wood Johnson Hospital and Russ Berrie and Company.

Jim McQueeny, chairman of Winning Strategies, which operates offices in Mount Laurel and Newark, N.J., as well as in Washington, will be chairman of the combined company. Gary Davis, CEO of Winning Strategies, takes the same title of the combined firm. Peter Warren remains president of Warren Kremer Paino.
