ZDTV, San Francisco, named Tonic 360, San Francisco, to handle creative and Carat
Freeman, Newton, Mass., to handle media on its $10 million to $15 million account. Tonic will develop brand positioning and communications strategy, including TV, print and radio ads, as well as Web work and collateral. Paul Allen's Vulcan Ventures bought the technology cable channel from Ziff-Davis in January.
