U.S. News & World Report owner Mort Zuckerman and Snyder Communications owner Dan Snyder have joined with New York City banker Howard Milstein to make a $700 million all-cash preemptive bid for the Washington Redskins National Football League team and its stadium, the Washington Post reported today.
