California Lottery Proposes an RFP

Some people say that if the Chicago Cubs and the Boston Red Sox meet in the World Series, the end of the world must be at hand. We continue to believe, however, that the surest sign of the apocalypse will be if the California Lottery ever manages to pick an ad agency. After two aborted reviews, the lottery is taking extra precautions the third time around by posting a rough draft of its RFP on its website and asking agencies to comment on that before the official RFP is released. The world, in other words, isn't going to end for a really, really long time.
