Fuse Wins Billboard Feud

Published on .

Fuse gets the Square.
Challenger music channel Fuse is going to get its billboard in Times Square after all, according to the New York Post. Bertelsmann has agreed to post the company's anti-MTV billboard -- previously ruled "too tacky" -- as long as the words "kosher pool" are removed from the motel sign that appears in the ad.

"I'm not sure what their reasoning was," Marc Juris, president of Fuse, tells the Post. "We felt we could give up the kosher but not give up the music."
