-- a New Jersey-based staffing firm -- 57 percent of advertising and marketing executives say they expect to add personnel in the next 12 months, up from 44 percent a year ago. But if you're a creative, you'll have to wait your turn. 36 percent of those polled say they'll be hiring account people first, while just 13 percent say creative hires are their top priority.
