First we find out the recession has been over
for a year and a half, and now it turns out that morale in the ad industry is actually through the roof. Or up, at least. According to a survey conducted by The Creative Group
-- a New Jersey-based staffing firm -- 42 percent of advertising and marketing executives say morale at their companies is higher than it was a year ago, while just 28 percent report a decline in morale. In a similar survey conducted last year, 35 percent of executives reported increased morale, while 38 percent reported declines.
