Not only has Outkast's single "Hey Ya!" sold millions of CDs, it has burned the Polaroid brand onto everyone's brain with its catchy command to "shake it like a Polaroid picture." Polaroid and its agency, MVBMS, even sought to harness the buzz late last year by brokering a deal that calls for Andre 3000 and Big Boi to flash Polaroid cameras during live performances. But now comes word from the company
that you shouldn't shake Polaroid pictures at all. "In fact, shaking or waving can actually damage the image," a company FAQ explains. We recommend that Polaroid -- which declared bankruptcy in 2001 -- come up with a shakeable picture ASAP.
