As AdAge.com reports today, the California Lottery has sent out a letter urging agencies to participate in yet another account review. The lottery is still searching for an agency after two previous reviews -- both scuttled by technicalities -- failed to award the account. In a letter sent to 30 agencies, the lottery's head of marketing Jim Hasegawa explains why the previous reviews had to be scrapped and asks agencies for their input on the process this time around.
