Leo Burnett USA has named Chris Rossiter EVP-director of broadcast production. Rossiter succeeds Jonathan Davis, who is returning to London to join @radical.media in a senior role.

Former Fallon/Minneapolis creative team Ryan Peck and Scott O'Leary have moved to Carmichael Lynch, Minneapolis, where they will be CDs. The move reunites the pair with Carmichael Lynch CCO Peter McHugh, who had been GCD at Fallon from 1995 to 2002 prior to his stint as ECD/partner at 180/Amsterdam.

Former Lowe chairman and CCO Gary Goldsmith has joined Y&R/N.Y as chief creative officer, replacing Matt Eastwood, who left earlier this year.

Effects house Riot has hired Cris Blyth, former visual effects supervisor at Digital Domain, and Toby Brockhurst, who has held senior posts with Moving Picture Company, A52 and Sight Effects, as visual effects supervisors. Blyth will be based in Riot's Santa Monica office, while Brockhurst will be based in New York.

Dennis Moylan, formerly of Detroit design firm Postique, has joined Ringside Creative, Oak Park, Ill., as executive producer.
