Michael Capizzi has his eyes on the Internet and international markets in his new post as VP-marketing for Frequency Marketing, Milford, Ohio. He will oversee marketing, product development and alliances for the company, which develops customer loyalty programs for clients. Mr. Capizzi also hopes to develop a better brand identity for Frequency Marketing's programs in Central and South America as well as Canada. "We need to take our expertise in loyalty programs, put it into a bundle centered around technology, and give it a brand and distribute it," he says.
