Ms. Arden joined Ad Age in 1996 as a sales representative, and the following year became national sales director for Creativity. She returned to Ad Age and rose to the position of advertising director.
Since 2004, she has championed the interactive operation as Ad Age relaunched its website and expanded its digital offerings to include video and audio programs and e-mail newsletters such as Ad Age Digital and Ad Age China.
