"Allison will be a key partner for me in growing the business today and implementing our strategy for the future," Mr. Donaton said. "She has played a crucial role in driving the growth of our digital business through her energy, passion and innovation, and those same skills will now be employed against all aspects of our operations."

Ms. Arden joined Ad Age in 1996 as a sales representative, and the following year became national sales director for Creativity. She returned to Ad Age and rose to the position of advertising director.

Since 2004, she has championed the interactive operation as Ad Age relaunched its website and expanded its digital offerings to include video and audio programs and e-mail newsletters such as Ad Age Digital and Ad Age China.
